Privacy

Last updated: November 2026

This page covers the beta waitlist on this website. The app will have its own, fuller privacy policy before launch.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect what you enter in the form: your email address and your optional answers about your outdoor trips, how you check the weather, your phone type, and whether you're open to a short interview.

Why we collect it

• To invite you to the beta and tell you when the app launches.
• To understand what hikers and campers need, so we build the right thing.
• To contact you for an interview, only if you ticked that box.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't share your email with advertisers.
• We don't collect your location on this website.

Who handles the data

This website and its waitlist form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions on our behalf and may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security.
